Come join us for our first in a series of experiential programs where students will learn leadership skills through movement. The purpose of this event is to help students develop necessary leadership skills such as how to be comfortable with being uncomfortable, how to stand in authentic power with integrity, and how listening can influence good leadership.

Our instructors will help guide the students in embodying these initiatives through mindfulness practices and games. Our focus will be leadership training taught in the language of dance through breath, sound, and movement. We are excited to be able to offer these classes for our youth during these stressful times in an environment where students are free to learn, free to be themselves, to have fun, and to meet other like-minded students and parents. This class is open to students ages 8-18 and limited to 60 participants so please sign up as soon as possible.

While the students are engaged with our instructors, parents will be able to socialize and listen to an educational presentation by Dr. Crystal Landers, who will be discussing polyvagal theory, the vagus nerve, and how to utilize specific tools to calm the nervous system, especially during these challenging times.

Kids and parents will come together at the end of the session for a dance party! Water, tea, and coffee will be available, and snacks will be handed out after the program to take home.

Please join us for an educational, experiential, and memorable afternoon experience!

The cost for each child is $15.00  and parent/guardian admission is free.  Order tickets below.
